JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue and market share within the MICE segment by developing and managing client relationships. This role focuses on new business development nurturing existing accounts and positioning the hotel as a preferred venue for events and group experiences. Reporting to the Director of Sales the Executive proactively targets new opportunities manages MICE agency relationships and achieves individual and team revenue goals. Acting as a brand ambassador they deliver exceptional service and build long-term value-based client partnerships.
