Job Summary
Position Overview:
Linde has an immediate opening for an On-Site Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting existing customers renewing business and identifying developing and closing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will manage the existing on-site customers assume accountability for an existing project portfolio develop and support new business opportunities and drive Lindes growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop a strategic plan for each customer including needs analysis growth strategy and renegotiation plan.
Understand customer applications/needs and Linde offerings in order to develop a value offering to every Linde customer.
Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers and end users at current and potential customers.
Prospecting qualifying working with technical resources to develop customer solutions develop proposals edit contracts and manage negotiations and work closely with Linde legal counsel to thoroughly understand explain and negotiate supply agreements. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
- Five to ten years business to business technical sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in developing internal and external presentations and proposals
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to be assigned a company vehicle for regular travel in assigned geography including occasional overnightand air travel
