- Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level efficiency and availability
- Monitor shop workflow and technician productivity to maintain an even efficient workload
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors Technicians and the Parts Department
- Review repair orders for accuracy completeness and proper MPI/video documentation
- Track vehicle status and provide updates to advisors on progress or delays
- Assist with quality control and time management on shop repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area
- Support leadership in achieving departmental goals for productivity CSI and efficiency
- Prior technician experience or extensive automotive repair knowledge is required
- Proven ability to manage shop workflow and prioritize repairs
- Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and repair order documentation
- Familiarity with CDK or similar DMS software preferred
- Positive attitude team-player mindset and attention to detail
