Location: Ontario Canada
Working Hours: 37.5 hours / 5 days per week

The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design development and implementation of robust and scalable solutions that serve a global audience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of enterprise systems developing technology strategies and ensuring world-class performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable high-performance and secure systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Evaluate new technologies and tools for architectural alignment and potential integration.
Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
Mentor and train team members on architectural principles and practices.
Identify and address cross-team architectural challenges.
Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
10 years of proven experience in enterprise architecture and system design.
Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with data architecture and big data technologies.

Work Environment
