Length: 6 months

Mode of work: Hybrid
Rate: $50/hr on W2

We are looking for a go-getter Azure DevOps Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building scalable automated cloud solutions. This role will focus on designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and orchestrating deployments across Azure services. Experience with Azure AI Services is highly preferred as we continue to expand our intelligent cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications using Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Bicep or ARM templates.
Automate deployment and configuration of Azure services including App Services Functions Storage Accounts Key Vault and Azure AI Services.
Collaborate with development data and AI teams to integrate DevOps practices into intelligent applications.
Implement monitoring logging and alerting using Azure Monitor Log Analytics and Application Insights.
Ensure cloud environments are secure scalable and compliant with governance policies.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize performance across environments.
Contribute to DevOps best practices documentation and reusable templates/modules.

Required Qualifications:

3 years of experience in Azure DevOps engineering or cloud automation roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform Bicep or other IaC tools.
Proficiency in AD Entra
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline design and deployment automation.
Solid understanding of Azure services including networking compute and storage.
Experience with Azure AI Services (e.g. Cognitive Services Azure OpenAI Form Recognizer) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell Bash or Python.
Strong understanding of Git workflows branching strategies and version control.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive self-driven attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Azure Landing Zones and enterprise-scale architecture.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker AKS).
Certifications such as AZ-104 AZ-400 or Terraform Associate.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
