What Youll Do:

As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities maintaining existing customer relationships and achieving sales targets. You will focus on a wide variety of products including Industrial Commercial and Residential. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
• Present promote and educate customers on products and provide innovative solutions.
• Partner with inside sales warehouse and delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.
• Attend trade shows networking events and other industry functions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in outside sales preferably in the electrical distribution or related industry.
• Knowledge of Industrial Commercial or Residential sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• A valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
