Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of executing autonomous actions across CRM platforms.
- Build and integrate AI/ML and LLM-based models into enterprise applications leveraging frameworks such as OpenAI Azure OpenAI and LangChain.
- Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools to support AI-driven workflows.
- Design AI-driven development and testing frameworks to accelerate innovation.
- Collaborate with CRM teams (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics) to align AI solutions with existing CPQ/CLM processes (contract lifecycle framework contract management quoting).
- Implement microservices and APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications.
- Drive MLOps practices for model deployment monitoring and lifecycle management.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security authentication and data validation standards.
- Mentor developers and contribute to building a strong AI capability foundation within Philips.
Core Skills: PostgreSQL java spring boot Python and Microservices / API integration CI/CD
AI Skills:
- Ai driven Development and testing
- Designing agentic workflows and AI-driven automation
- Utilizing and integrating LLMs MCP and tools into applications
- Experience with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI Azure OpenAI LangChain)
- Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings for search/recommendations
Experience:
- 10 years in the above technologies
- Proven hands-on experience delivering projects with these tech stacks
- Strong AI skills (e.g. ML model integration agentic workflows LLM-based solutions)
