Job Summary
Position Description:
Desde CGI nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Operador para Centro de Control / Despacho Delegado en Madrid.
Trabajo por turnos de 8 horas.
Se requiere presencialidad en las oficinas del cliente.
Responsabilidades:
1. Supervisión en tiempo real de la producción de energía mediante SCADA y plataformas de monitorización.
2. Ejecución de los puntos de ajuste de potencia tensión y reactiva según las instrucciones de REE o del operador de la red.
3. Gestión clasificación escalado y documentación de alarmas y eventos
4. Operación remota de activos (turbinas inversores interruptores) en coordinación con los equipos de campo.
5. Seguimiento del rendimiento y la disponibilidad identificando pérdidas o desviaciones.
6. Gestión de incidentes y creación de tickets en plataformas de O&M.
7. Cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos de REE.
8. Coordinación durante las operaciones de prueba o mantenimiento.
9. Prácticas básicas de ciberseguridad OT: gestión de credenciales acceso seguro.
10. Contribución a la mejora continua de los procesos y los KPI.
Conocimientos técnicos

. Herramientas de gestión de tickets y generación de informes.
