Job Summary
Job Summary (CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant)
- Provide personal nursing care to patients under the supervision and direction of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times
- Monitor and promptly report changes in patient condition or concerns to the RN
- Work night shifts (12-hour shifts 36 hours per week)
- Adhere to healthcare facility policies and procedures
- Maintain required documentation and patient records as directed
- Maintain required certifications (CNA and BLS)
- Demonstrate professionalism and compassionate care to all patients
