Were seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Administrator (7 9 years) to lead the operational support maintenance and optimization of our ServiceNow environment. This role demands deep expertise in platform administration ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer and optimize ServiceNow platform (ITSM HRSD CSM CMDB)
- Manage users roles access controls and platform health
- Perform upgrades patching and ensure release compliance
- Troubleshoot incidents and service requests
- Oversee workflows catalog items UI policies and business rules
- Manage integrations via MID Server REST/SOAP APIs
- Enforce governance security and data quality standards
- Collaborate with architects/developers on change management
- Leverage Flow Designer and automation tools
- Mentor junior admins and support end-user training
**Required Skills:**
- Strong ServiceNow architecture and configuration experience
- Proven integration skills and ITIL/CSDM knowledge
- Familiarity with ATF Instance Scan and platform health tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading admin/support teams
