Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Coach mentor and support Scrum teams to ensure effective adoption of Agile values principles and practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed prioritised and ready for upcoming sprints.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress escalating issues where necessary.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement encouraging teams to reflect and adapt processes for greater efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and report on key Agile metrics (e.g. velocity burndown charts) to track team progress and inform stakeholders.
- Support the scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams and the broader organisation.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Champion Agile best practices and contribute to the organisations Agile Centre of Excellence (CoE) if applicable.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead role.
- Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe etc.).
- Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and coaching skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative approach.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps Rally).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
