Position Overview

The Advanced Analytics Analyst will leverage data-driven strategies to solve complex business problems develop dynamic dashboards and deliver actionable insights that influence enterprise decision-making. This role will own analytics initiatives from conception through deployment ensuring quality scalability and innovation in advanced analytics solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions dashboards and scorecards.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
Manage and maintain analytics assets for reliability performance and continuous improvement.
Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency automation and process optimization.
Support documentation testing and validation of non-product software systems to meet compliance standards.

Technical Skills Required

Power BI (5 years): Advanced use of Power Query (M) and DAX; complex data modeling and dashboard creation.
SQL Snowflake Databricks SSIS (5 years): Strong query writing ETL pipeline familiarity and data preparation.
Power Automate (3 years): Workflow automation and process efficiency solutions.
Excel & Power Pivot (Expert level): Advanced formulas automation and data analytics integration.

Soft Skills Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

2 years of non-product software assurance/validation (documentation testing Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
1 years of SQL Server Administration.
1 years of PowerApps development.
Exposure to Python or R for analytics/statistics.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Prior experience in a medical device or regulated industry.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Demonstrated competence in advanced analytics data modeling and business intelligence.
Requires a Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Analytics Computer Science Engineering or related).
Strong understanding of data-driven business processes within a corporate environment.
