Position Overview
The Advanced Analytics Analyst will leverage data-driven strategies to solve complex business problems develop dynamic dashboards and deliver actionable insights that influence enterprise decision-making. This role will own analytics initiatives from conception through deployment ensuring quality scalability and innovation in advanced analytics solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions dashboards and scorecards.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
- Manage and maintain analytics assets for reliability performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency automation and process optimization.
- Support documentation testing and validation of non-product software systems to meet compliance standards.
Technical Skills Required
- Power BI (5 years): Advanced use of Power Query (M) and DAX; complex data modeling and dashboard creation.
- SQL Snowflake Databricks SSIS (5 years): Strong query writing ETL pipeline familiarity and data preparation.
- Power Automate (3 years): Workflow automation and process efficiency solutions.
- Excel & Power Pivot (Expert level): Advanced formulas automation and data analytics integration.
Soft Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- 2 years of non-product software assurance/validation (documentation testing Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
- 1 years of SQL Server Administration.
- 1 years of PowerApps development.
- Exposure to Python or R for analytics/statistics.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Prior experience in a medical device or regulated industry.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Demonstrated competence in advanced analytics data modeling and business intelligence.
- Requires a Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Analytics Computer Science Engineering or related).
- Strong understanding of data-driven business processes within a corporate environment.
