What Youll Do
Lease apartments and follow up on prospective leads with enthusiasm and professionalism
Greet every visitor with warmth and energy-your presence sets the tone
Deliver top-tier customer service to residents and prospects alike
Support the Owner with daily office operations and administrative tasks
Execute lease agreements renewals and move-in documentation with precision
Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
Oversee delinquency management and ensure timely rent collection
Handle eviction processes with discretion and compliance
What You Bring
A positive uplifting attitude that inspires trust and teamwork
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Proven experience in apartment leasing-this is a must
Self-motivated professional and ready to lead
Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Reliable transportation
Proficiency in property management software (Entrata preferred but experience with Yardi Onesite AppFolio etc. is welcome)
Basic computer skills including Word Excel Email and Teams
Job Details
Type: Part-time
Hours: 25/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as needed
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Assistant Manager in property management
License: Valid Drivers License required
