Job Summary

Provide a short description of the Position:	The ITS Specialist-Senior position will provide technical assistance and assessment of designated NYS DOL facilities via the NYS ITS Network Site Consultation process. This will include but not limited to circuit bandwidth wireless predictive surveys cable requirements as well as and required network and wireless upgrades. The position will require travel to complete the physical site assessments.
Provide a list of the day to day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate:	-Provide detailed site survey consultations -Travel to sites to perform required site surveys -Complete rough order magnitude estimates for site surveys -Submit internal requests to fulfill site surveys and monitor progress to resolution -Act as liaison between ITS and DOL for site surveys -Implement configure install troubleshoot relocate and remove various network equipment on site as needed
Requested Qualification Number	Requested Qualification Notes to Agency: Points assigned will change depending on the number of Qualifications submitted There is no requirement to have 10 Qualifications. Only Number of Months is an allowable unit of measurement for experience.	Years of Experience in Months
1.	60 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting PCs and Printers.
2.	60 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting servers.
3.	12 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting VOIP phones.
4.	60 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting data communications equipment.
5.	60 Months of Experience conducting technical site surveys.
6.	60 Months of Experience data cable installation/troubleshooting.
7.	36 Months of Experience conducting inventory control.
8.	36 Months of Experience in desktop support.
Required Documentation	R sum Copy of Candidate Identification (i.e. Drivers License/Green Card/Visa and Passport if applicable) Any documents referenced in the above Requested Qualifications (i.e. professional certifications degrees etc.)
