Job Title: Workforce Management (UKG/ Workday) Architect

Summary:

We are seeking experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Architect to design and implement an integrated HR systems architecture connecting Workday UKG and Databricks with the Ready On onboarding tool. The role involves building new integrations applying AI-driven workforce optimization and ensuring compliance with complex scheduling and union rules while delivering scalable and secure WFM solutions.

Required Skills:

5 years designing and delivering Workforce Management or HR technology solutions.
Proven enterprise architecture experience with SaaS and cloud integrations.
Hands-on experience with Ready on Workday and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management (two or more preferred).
Deep understanding of complex scheduling models union rule management job authorizations and override logic.
Experience architecting integrations from scratch using APIs event-driven design and file-based exchange models. Strong knowledge of SDLC Agile and ITIL principles.
Demonstrated success improving labour forecasting employee retention and operational efficiency through technology. Excellent communication skills; able to influence across business IT and vendor teams.
