Job Summary

Role: Senior Business Analyst

Location: New York (remote is ok)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate discovery and design workshops with business end users to gather requirements and define solution scope.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs aligned with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
Utilize Azure DevOps for work item tracking backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements functional specifications process flows and user stories.
Support testing activities including UAT planning test case development and defect triage.
Provide guidance and best practices for Power Platform implementations including Power Apps Power Automate and Dataverse.
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse).
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project delivery and documentation.
Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft business applications.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure DevOps
