Job Summary
Role: Travel LPN Medical Surgical
Location: Rochester NY
Duration:13 Weeks contract
Shift: 12-hour Night shift
Schedule: 36 hours per week/3 days in a week
Pay breakdown:
- Hourly rate - $41.00 $18.78 taxable $ 22.22 non-taxable
- OT rate - $55.35
- Weekly Gross - $1476.8 $676.08 taxable $800.00 stipend
Job Summary:
LPN (Medical Surgical)
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on the Medical-Surgical unit under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and within the scope of practice defined by state law. The LPN collaborates with the healthcare team to promote optimal patient outcomes through assessment planning implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience within specialty required
- AHA BLS certification required
- NY state license or compact license required
- Hospital exp within the last 2 years
- No locals/75 miles radius rule
