Responsibilities

Provide personal care in the home under RN supervision
Follow care plans and safety guidelines
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Maintain clear communication with supervisors
Accurately document and submit services on time
Comply with state regulations for Home Health Aides

Home Health Aides do not perform medical or sterile procedures outside the approved plan of care.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
