Job Summary
Chemical Etching and Chemical Strengthening
- Machine maintenance experience in chemical etching tools (dry etchers wet benches plasma etchers)
- Troubleshoot and repair vacuum systems RF power supplies pumps chillers and gas delivery systems mass flow controllers
- Understand and monitor etching process parameters (etch rate selectivity uniformity CD profile).
- Collaborate with process engineers to resolve process-related issues (under-etch over-etch particle contamination).
- Assist in process recipe transfers equipment qualification and calibration.
- Provide feedback from equipment condition to help improve process stability and yield.
- Follow strict EHS protocols for handling & storage of hazardous gases and wet chemicals
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and safety procedures.
- Knowlegde in Pneumatics electrical circuit servo systems and PLC controlled machines
- Able to perform RCA CAPA Preventive maintenance Time based & Condition based maintenance Kaizen and 5S
- Perform spare parts management SOPs and technical documentation
