Job Description Customer Handling Supervisor (CHS)

Position Title: Customer Handling Supervisor (CHS)
Location: CBE
Department: Operations / Customer Service
Reports To: Regional Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring their queries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
    • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships to support business growth.
  • Shipment Coordination:
    • Monitor daily shipment activities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
    • Coordinate with operations teams to resolve delivery issues damages or short cases.
  • Documentation:
    • Verify and maintain all customer documents including e-way bills NOCs and other necessary paperwork.
