Job Role :
The person will be responsible for managing the Front Desk Reception.
Key Responsibilities :
- Visitor Management:Welcome guests warmly meet and greet candidates visitors guests and direct them to the right people.
- Communication Hub:Should be able to manage EPABXor similar telephone management system. Answer screen and forward phone calls take messages and manage emails and general inquiries.
- Scheduling & Calendars: Book and manage meeting rooms update staff calendars and coordinate appointments.
- Office Upkeep: Maintain the decorum and upkeep of the reception area and conference rooms
- Support Management: Provide support to Management / Staff as and when required.
Essential Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience: Should have previous experience as a receptionist or front desk manager.
- Communication: Strong command over verbal and written communication.
- Organising Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Technical: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and office equipment (printers fax).
- Attitude: Professional appearance positive attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
- Education: Graduate
