Job Role: Duck Creek Business Analyst
Required Experience: 7 Years
Technical Skills (Primary):
- Business Analyst within 7 to 11 years of overall experience and minimum 4 years of experience in P&C insurance
- Experience in managing product implementation in Duck Creek platform
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Home Owners product HO3 HO6.
- Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows and create detailed documentation including business requirements functional specifications and use cases
- Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to design and implement Duck Creek solutions that meet business needs
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users on Duck Creek applications and processes
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek technologies Policy
Technical Skills (Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY):
- Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
Soft Skills:
- As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Insurance Domain Knowledge
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders mid and Senior level
- Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills as well as analysis and problem-solving skills
