Change Management Specialist Role Overview:
Role Overview: Contribute to the development and delivery of technical training materials for the clients IMS team focusing on the implementation of a new solution and enhancing training delivery approaches.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with client leadership to confirm and refine the technical training curriculum develop comprehensive training delivery plans and create or adjust training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer for IMS team members.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in training material development curriculum design and instructional delivery with strong skills in stakeholder collaboration project management and adaptability to meet evolving training needs.
Gridding criteria: Eligible for or already have enhanced reliability clearance. Also using a maximum of three projects candidates should demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience within the last ten years.
