Job Summary

Role: Systems Analyst with ITIL certification

Location: Madison WI - Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. No relocation is allowed

Interview Process: Teams with camera on

Duration of the Contract: 6/30/2025 with potential for at least 1-year extension

Onsite or Remote. The selected hire must be onsite a minimum of two days per week.

Must have at least 8 years of experience:

Advanced knowledge of business and technical analysis: business process documentation process design requirements gathering functional design.

Advanced knowledge of quality assurance and software testing methodologies.

Knowledge of project management principles methods and practices.

Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of customers including executives.

Highly self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detail.

Top Nice to Have skills:

ITIL 4 Foundation certification or similar

CompTIA A certification of similar

PMP certification or similar
