Job Summary

Role : HIL systems & Integration Engineer
Location: Auburn Hills MI

Job Description:

HIL Development for Powertrain/Engine ECUs
Good understanding of electronics HW board IOs
Commissioning the HIL bench with respective vehicle cfgs
Bench Marking the dSPACE GEN3 & GEN4 Simulators
ECM & TCM modules testing and usage of ETAS INCA & CDA tools
Integrating through vehicle config Model (Developing Cfg in MATLAB SIMULINK)
Testing the different phases of dev Softwares
Collecting the Document from Controls Manager DREs
Connecting with supplier to check in the Hardware parts (pins terminals harness)
setting up the CAN & FIUs on HIL Bench & CANalyser tool.
Running Functional Scripts to Verify the HIL Hardware Model Software.
Delivering the HIL bench to customers without any issues
Exposure to Labview
