Job Summary
A leading organisation based in Centurion is seeking an immediately available Senior Financial Accountant / Team Lead to join their high-performing finance team. The successful candidate will take ownership of key financial processes oversee junior staff and ensure accuracy and compliance across reporting and reconciliations.
This role is ideal for a technically strong Accountant with solid post-articles experience excellent leadership ability and the drive to add value in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations and month-end processes.
- Review and prepare reconciliations journals and financial statements.
- Manage and mentor junior finance team members.
- Support statutory compliance and audit requirements.
- Handle foreign currency (forex) and FFF-related transactions.
- Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BCom Accounting Degree with completed SAIPA or SAICA articles.
- Minimum 3 years post-articles experience in a financial accounting or team lead role.
- Exposure to forex and FFF transactions essential.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and sound reporting ability.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and solid ERP system experience.
- Proactive detail-oriented and confident communicator.
