Duties:
- Lead and manage all accounting and financial reporting functions across a portfolio of entities.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts annual financial statements and cash flow forecasts.
- Drive budgeting forecasting and cost management.
- Implement and maintain strong financial controls and operational processes.
- Act as the primary financial contact for clients offering FD-level support and strategic financial insights.
- Manage and mentor a team of Accountants to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Contribute to the growth of the finance division and its client base.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and governance frameworks.
- Liaise with Auditors tax practitioners and other external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- CA(SA) accreditation is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years post-articles experience is essential.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge analytical ability and financial reporting expertise.
- Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel).
