We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrator to support our Finance Sales Service Delivery and General Operations teams. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative processes across the business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities
Finance Administration
- Assist the Senior Finance Administrator with daily finance-related tasks.
- Pull and manage bank statements track payments and maintain billing schedules.
- Review and ensure that SLA billing is accurate & timeously submitted to client.
- Ensure all financial documentation is organized and up to date.
Service Delivery Support
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager with administrative coordination of ongoing projects and client engagements.
- Prepare and maintain service delivery documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Ensure that calls are actioned timeously and RFQs from existing clients are actioned.
Sales & Tender Administration
- Support the sales team with quotations and client correspondence.
- Assist in the reviewing and submission of tender documentation.
- Oversee records of tender opportunities deadlines and submissions.
General Administration
- Support the maintenance and updating of ISO documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage and Support general office repairs administration filing and coordination as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Business Engineering or Finance Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience supporting finance service delivery or ISO documentation will be advantageous.
