Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
Matching GRN with stock delivered.
Ensuring correct dispatch of stock upon individual orders.
Ensure clear communication between accounts department and warehouse.
Preparation of orders for delivery.
Verifying receipts as well as confirming purchase orders are completed.
Maintain supply and demand of inventory and ensure that there is adequate stock on hand.
Develop plans for purchasing and control of supplies.
Creating and maintaining a detailed inventory of all incoming/outgoing and current supplies.
Monitoring inventory and supplies that need restocking as well as preventing overstocking and ordering.
Overseeing the removal of stock from shipment delivery trucks.
Handling all incoming damaged goods.
Monitoring and ensuring deliveries are received and sent as well as ensuring supplied stock meets demand.
Handling FIFO management of stock as well as performing daily and physical stock counts
Monthly accurate Stock Take.
Manage vehicles drivers couriers and import clearing agents.
