Overview:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury restaurant located on the Atlantic Seaboard. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both front-of-house (FoH) and back-of-house (BoH) management within the hospitality industry ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and manage the restaurant team to achieve performance and service standards.
- Oversee all daily operations including staff management financial controls and stock management.
- Drive revenue growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and improve guest satisfaction levels in line with brand standards.
- Develop and implement processes that ensure operational efficiency.
- Report on financial performance and identify areas for cost optimisation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years experience in a senior management role within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimise profitability.
- Exceptional attention to detail and guest experience.
