Overview:
Our client is looking for a well-presented Senior Manager to assist in overseeing restaurant operations across luxury venues in the Atlantic Seaboard and Constantia areas. This role will act as the operational support to the General Manager ensuring smooth running of all departments and maintaining service standards in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality dining experience.
- Support the General Manager in achieving business objectives and maintaining brand integrity.
- Oversee staff performance and assist with training and development.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of all restaurant departments and operational functions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Own transport essential.
