Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with 34 years of Tier 3 systems engineering experience to join our enterprise infrastructure team. This position requires deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365 AWS and Azure (non-negotiable) with strong hands-on experience in virtualization storage networking and system administration. Youll be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining critical infrastructure systems that drive operational efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 3 technical support and advanced troubleshooting for enterprise infrastructure.
  

• Design implement and manage solutions across Microsoft 365 AWS and Azure environments.
  

• Administer and optimize Windows Server environments.
  

• Manage and maintain Dell storage and backup systems.
  

• Oversee and support VMware virtualization infrastructure.
  

• Administer and maintain Cisco UCS server platforms.
  

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing switching and SD-WAN solutions.
  

• Manage and support Mimecast email security and archiving systems.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to assess requirements and deliver scalable secure solutions.
  

• Document system architecture configurations and standard operating procedures.
  

• Contribute to infrastructure planning upgrades and modernization initiatives.

Experience & Skills

• 34 years of experience in Systems Engineering at a Tier 3 level.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 AWS and Azure (essential).
  

• Strong experience with Dell storage and backup technologies.
  

• Proficiency in Windows Server administration and optimization.
  

• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization.
  

• Solid understanding of Cisco UCS and enterprise hardware environments.
  

• Skilled in Cisco routing switching and SD-WAN technologies.
  

• Experience managing Mimecast email security platforms.
  

• Excellent problem-solving analytical and documentation skills.
  

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• Matric and relevant industry certifications such as:
  

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect
    

  • AWS Solutions Architect
    

  • Cisco CCNP
    

  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
    

• Proven experience working in enterprise-scale IT environments.
  

• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools.
