Join us as our new Global Digital Marketing Specialist

Were scaling our digital impact across web social and CRM to drive measurable growth for Novonesis Human Health Biosolutions. Youll be the performance engine behind our campaignsbuilding journeys in Pardot (MCAE) optimizing SEM in Google Ads and turning data into decisions with GA4 and Looker Studioso our brand communications reach the right audiences at the right time.

Welcome to Global Brand & Digital Team

Youll join a collaborative high-performing team that combines brand strategy creative content and digital performance to grow awareness and revenue globally for Novonesis Human Health Biosolutions. We partner closely with Global Marketing Commercial Execution and regions to plan and execute integrated campaigns across web LinkedIn and email. Together we are a curious and supportive group that thrive on setting the bar high for ourselves. You can expect to work in a team that values experimentation open knowledge-sharing and a culture that balances ambition with care.

In this role youll make an impact by:

• Building and optimizing Pardot campaigns nurture flows forms and landing pages to accelerate engagement and progression
• Planning and executing SEM in Google Ads (keywords structure bidding budgets) with continuous A/B testing
• Owning performance tracking and dashboards in GA4/Looker Studio; turning insights into monthly recommendations
• Enforcing UTM and tracking governance; ensuring data accuracy across channels
• Partnering with Global Marketing and Commercial Execution to align campaigns to objectives and ICPs

To succeed you must hold:

• 6 years in digital/performance marketing (B2B health or life sciences preferred) with hands-on experience with core marketing technology platforms essential.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) for building campaigns nurture journeys forms and landing pages.
• Strong Looker Studio skills; proficient in Google Ads; working knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager; bonus: Hotjar Brandwatch Power BI
• Analytical structured and detailorientedable to translate data into action
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across global crossfunctional teams
• Degree in Digital Marketing Analytics Business or related field
• Fluency in English
