Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Talent Sourcer who will take part in bringing incredible talents to SD Solutions.

Requirements:
- Around 1 year of sourcing experience in IT (preferred).
- Experience sourcing candidates using Boolean search and X-Ray through various channels.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to switch dynamically between tasks and positions prioritize them and meet deadlines.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn (of course:) job boards networking employee referrals internet searches etc.).
- Work closely with your Senior Recruiter and use different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates.
- Maintain candidate database.
