DescriptionThe HR Analyst will support data-driven decision-making by collecting analyzing and reporting on HR metrics. This role plays a critical part in improving workforce performance enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and HR best practices.
ResponsibilitiesCollect analyze and interpret HR data related to recruitment employee engagement compensation retention and compliance.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights to leadership.
Conduct workforce analytics to support strategic planning and labor forecasting in alignment with patient care demands and regulatory requirements.
Partner with HR and departmental leaders to identify trends forecast needs and recommend HR process improvements.
Assist in the design and implementation of HR systems and tools that enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.
Ensure data integrity across HRIS and benefits systems; audit for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and report on compliance with labor laws healthcare accreditation standards (e.g. The Joint Commission) and internal policies.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for HR and organizational leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Operations and IT to align data strategies and support organizational goals.
Qualifications- Experience: 4 years of experience in data analytics or in an HR analyst or related role. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Oracle Workday ADP) data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and advanced Excel functions.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Data Analytics or a related field.
- License and Certification: Professional HR certification (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP) or HR Analytics certification is preferred.
