Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour
Key Components:
- In a student employee capacity may perform or assist with similar functions of an administrative associate or office manager.
Job Description:
- Student will assist with daily office tasks in the Deans Suite
- Complete general office duties; assist with special events/projects as assigned
- Ability to maintain confidentiality; strong verbal and written communication skills; motivated self-starter
- Starting pay is 10.00 an hour with possibility of raise each year of employment
Other duties may include:
- Greet visitors with excellent customer service
- Provide general office administrative or clerical support
- May assist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including phone calls messages and mail
- May assist with routing and resolving questions or information requests
- May assist with document preparation filing office records
- Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information
- May assist with office supplies and organization of common areas
- May assist with data entry tasks spreadsheets and reports
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
