Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes enhancing product quality and ensuring operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to contribute to our team and make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement engineering solutions for heavy structural fabrication and machining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design quality assurance and production to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation including work instructions process flows and quality control standards.
- Assist in the design and development of manufacturing tools and fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor manufacturing staff on new processes tools and best practices.
- Analyze production data and provide reporting on key metrics such as efficiency quality and production costs.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within the heavy structural fabrication and machining industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes machining welding and assembly.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in safety and quality assurance.

Summary Pay Range:

$87456.00 - 131184.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market location job related knowledge skills individual performance and experience.
