Job Summary

Role: DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer

Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid / Onsite)
Duration: Long-term Contract

Summary Seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines automate cloud infrastructure and ensure platform reliability and scalability for a fast-growing SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices and AI models.
Automate infrastructure using Terraform Helm and ArgoCD.
Manage observability tools like Prometheus Grafana Loki Sentry and Posthog.
Implement monitoring alerting and incident response for production systems.
Develop and test backup failover and DR strategies to ensure high uptime.
Improve developer experience with self-service environments and streamlined workflows.
Support product rollouts and quickly resolve production issues.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
5 years of DevOps or Systems Engineering experience in SaaS/platform environments.
Strong experience with AWS GCP or Azure and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Solid Linux administration networking and scripting skills.
Proficient in Python React Java SQL/NoSQL.
Expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps GitHub Actions Jenkins).
Experience with BC/DR observability and infrastructure automation.
EdTech SaaS or startup experience preferred.
