- Responsible in creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors as part of onboarding.
- Handle various aspect of tasks in the employee lifecycle in accordance with government and legal legislation regulations and company policies.
- Issue lifecycle letters such as Letters of Appointment Addendums Promotion Letters Internal Appointments Contract Renewal Re-employment Assignment Letters etc.
- Support in work pass application renewal cancellation and replacement.
- Work with various departments to improve and automate processes for better employee experience.
- Involve in automation and improving existing processes in the department.
- Prepare HR Operations reports and dashboards.
- Handle queries from People Partners and other departments.
- Handle assigned duties that arise from the daily operation
Skills for Success:
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Degreein Human Resource Business Management / Administratio
- Able to start from Jan 2026 to Jun 2026
