About the Role:

As a Hearingcare Host youll be the welcoming face of our clinic creating a warm and professional first impression for every customer. Working alongside our Audiologists and wider store team youll play a key role in ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth supportive journey from the moment they walk in.

What youll be doing:

• Greeting customers with warmth empathy and professionalism.
• Managing appointment schedules check-ins and reschedules.
• Making daily confirmation calls to reduce no-shows.
• Handling general queries about hearing tests hearing aids and aftercare.
• Engaging with in-store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings.
• Supporting administrative tasks such as filing stock control and payments.
• Keeping the clinic and reception areas tidy organised and welcoming.

Person Specification:

• Friendly approachable and customer focused.

• Confident speaking with the public and handling busy situations.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using IT systems and managing schedules.
• A team player with a proactive can-do attitude.

Youll also need:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel for training or support other clinics when required.
