Greenberg Traurig is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate (ideally with 57 years of experience) to join our growing telecommunications practice. Our team advises leading domestic and international clients operating across the digital infrastructure ecosystem on a range of commercial regulatory and transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have significant commercial contracting and transactional experience ideally within the telecommunications digital infrastructure or technology sectors and strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage sophisticated agreements (experience or familiarity with telecommunications regulatory frameworks and related due diligence is a plus).

The expected pay range for this position is:
Washington D.C.: $325000-$435000 per year
Los Angeles: $280000- $375000
New York City: $240000-$440000
Sacramento: $285000- $325000
San Diego: $00
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
