Network Infrastructure TransactionsTelecom Associate (Mid Senior Level)

Greenberg Traurig is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate (ideally with 57 years of experience) to join our growing telecommunications practice. Our team advises leading domestic and international clients operating across the digital infrastructure ecosystem on a range of commercial regulatory and transactional matters. This is a location flexible position open to multiple office locations with the primary team based in our DC office.

In this role you will engage directly with innovative companies shaping global connectivity. A typical day may include:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial infrastructure agreementsincluding terrestrial and subsea connectivity and space-based services agreements.
• Advising clients on licensing for next-generation satellite and spectrum initiatives or other telecommunications services.
• Providing regulatory guidance on complex telecommunications wireless space and submarine cable matters.
• Conducting due diligence and structuring commercial arrangements that bridge technology and policy.

The ideal candidate will have significant commercial contracting and transactional experience ideally within the telecommunications digital infrastructure or technology sectors and strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage sophisticated agreements (experience or familiarity with telecommunications regulatory frameworks and related due diligence is a plus).

Los Angeles: $280000- $375000

New York City: $240000-$440000

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
