The Position
The opportunity:
Planning:
Develop and Maintain both short and long term forecast
Own and Lead S&OP to ensure that all risks and opportunities are capture
Perform demand forecast verification.
Monitor Review parameter in SAP HANA base on product characteristic and Market situation
Analyze potential write off.
Collaborate with supply planer to manage the supply if needed
Supporting product life cycle management including new product launch Transition artwork management and initiative.
Vendor management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendor negotiate and ensure their performance are met.
Root cause analysis and identify action/improvement plan.
in efficiency identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
Who you are
Strategic ThinkingThe ability to develop Short Medium and Long-term plans for the supply chain.
Analytical Skills:Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
Communication & Negotiation:Strong skills in negotiating with internal & external stakeholders and communicating effectively across functions internally and externally.
Problem-Solving:The ability to identify and resolve issues and disruptions within the supply chain.
Adaptability:The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and technological advancements.
