As a Site Capital Supplier Manager you will be the primary category point of contact for supplier interactions performance management and this role you will partner with internal stakeholders to build comprehensive view of supplier performance for continued sourcing success. You will be responsible for execution of category strategies and projects related but not limited to cost reduction initiatives supply base optimization and contract negotiation. This is accomplished through building and maintaining strategic supplier relationships to meet needs according to category strategies.

In this role you will engage in supplier benchmarking analysis to formulate lead and execute projects to optimize cost supply and quality. Additional responsibilities include negotiating terms conditions and pricing to leverage spend leading and participating in department projects serving as a primary contact for industry and supplier information and acting as a procurement resource for other members within the organization.

This position also requires that you serve as the primary point of contact for resolving critical supplier issues and coordinate internal communication. You will also collect consolidate and present site data and feedback for supplier quarterly business reviews.

Perform commercial supplier qualification activities to ensure the commercial development of strategic suppliers

取引先とのコラボレーション関係を維持しながら取引先のパフォーマンスや能力の問題を解決

Maintain collaborative relationships with supplier(s) while resolving supplier performance/capability issues

取引先がマイクロンの行動規範プログラムと企業の社会的責任イニシアチブに準拠していることを確認する

Ensure suppliers comply with Microns code-of-conduct programs and corporate social responsibility initiatives

主要な取引先管理のUpdateや意思決定を組織内の複数のレベルに伝達する

Communicate key supplier management updates and decisions to multiple levels in the organization

社内に供給体制の情報を提供し取引先にマイクロンの要望を伝える

Provide the voice of the supply base to Micron and provide the voice of Micron to the supply base

Identify and Implement Supplier-Related Savings Levers

Utilize data and should-cost models to drive cost improvement

Serve as the subject matter expert for site suppliers sharing knowledge with key stakeholders

Drive Negotiations with Suppliers for Sustaining Purchases

契約延長および更新の交渉をリードまたは参加する

Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals

グローバル交渉をグローバル担当者(Category Sourcing Manager)と協力しまたサイトの調達活動やRFQプロセスをリードするCoordinate with Category Sourcing Manager on global negotiations or lead site sourcing events / RFQ process

サイト管理の取引先に対する契約戦略を立案し契約条件を作成交渉監視実施する

Develop a contract strategy for site suppliers and create negotiate monitor and enforce contracted terms and conditions

交渉した取引条件に従って商品やサービスの購入を実行管理する

Execute and manage the purchase of goods and services in accordance with negotiated terms and conditions

在庫補充を有効にし自動発注プロセスをサポートする為にシステムレコードを管理する

Maintain system records to enable inventory replenishment and support automated ordering processes

Ensure Supplier Performance Management

カテゴリチームや他のサイトと提携し取引先のパフォーマンスの総合的な見解を構築

Partner with the Category team and other sites to build comprehensive view of supplier performance

サイト固有の優先順位を取りまとめ取引先にサポートを依頼する

Collect and relay site- specific priorities to suppliers

戦略的取引先の主要なパフォーマンス測定/指標を推進および開発し取引先の継続的な改善を確実に実行するために社内で協力しこれらの期待に対する取引先のパフォーマンスを監視するCollaborate internally to drive and develop key performance measures/metrics for Strategic Suppliers and monitor supplier performance against these expectations to ensure continuous supplier improvement
