Role description:- Own & execute all Paid Search & Social Campaigns for DACH
- Budget is $850k p/y globally $200-300k is DACH (90% search)
- Goal to build out Paid Social UGC creative briefs & production
Company details:- FoundedFTE $50mio ARR 50% YoY growth
- $60mio Series A (Insight & Creandum) in 2022 (US expansion)
Growth perspective (for the candidate):nothing short/mid-term
Must haves:- 3 years B2B Performance Marketing experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience with Paid Search & Social (Google & LinkedIn are critical)
- Experience with creative strategy production briefs UGC creators
Nice to haves:- B2B SaaS experience
- HR experience
Salary range & secondary benefits:up to 68k base 5k bonus equity
- Also 2k p/y L&D budget 2 months p/y working abroad gym subscription
