What you will be doing
We are looking for a Credit Risk Process Specialist with strong expertise in mortgage lending products to support the design implementation and maintenance of credit risk policies and processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Policy & Standards:Design maintain and supportmortgage credit risk policies underwriting standards and approval flows.
System Development:Define and validate system requirements forrisk decisioning process automation and analyst tools.
Quality Assurance:Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)and other validation activities for new credit process implementations.
Portfolio Analysis:Analyze portfolio performance track key risk indicators (LTV DTI PD) and propose targeted improvements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes and policies adhere to Recommendation S and other relevant KNF regulations.
Skills you should have
36 years of experience in credit risk or policy with a specific focus on mortgage lending.
Domain Expertise:Deep understanding of themortgage lifecycle property valuation income verification and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Technical Skills:Proven experience inbusiness/system requirement definition and UAT; strong proficiency inSQL and Excel.
Compliance:Familiarity withRecommendation Sand Polish mortgage credit risk regulations.
Communication: Fluency in English.
