The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Business Analyst to support a multi-year transformation initiative focused on implementing a scalable Enterprise Governance Risk and Controls (eGRC) platform.This role will drive platform design configuration and operational readiness across risk domains.

Is this role right for you In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define eGRC requirements configure workflows and support phased implementation using tools like Jira Confluence and ServiceNow.
  • Document technical and non-technical specifications system configurations of the GRC platform and collaborate with engineers to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct current state assessments across key risk domains document end-to-end processes and identify gaps solutions to address current pain points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Define the future-state Target Operating Model (TOM) for implementation and steady-state operations including detailed RACI matrices for program product and data governance and interaction models across business and technology teams.
  • Drive integration planning with Risk and Compliance systems including AI-enabled modules to enhance automation and data intelligence.
  • Assist in project management activities including project & milestone planning resourcing budgeting identifying and managing risks/issues/dependencies and preparing stakeholder decks


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role Wed love to work with you if you have:

  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale enterprise-level projects.
  • Experience in the highly regulated Global Risk & Controls (GRC) sector/domain for systems implementation and support.
  • Hands-on experience with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow IRM IBM OpenPages or similar.
  • Proven experience working on technology migration or transformation projects.
  • Experience with project governance stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Strong analytical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of data governance and integration best practices.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs data modelling and system architecture principles is a plus.
  • Experience implementing large-scale projects.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. Basel SOX GDPR) and their impact on risk systems.
