Join our Consumer Transformation team as a Product Specialist focused on AI and emerging technologies. Youll support the delivery of strategic initiatives that improve customer outcomes and drive innovation across Consumer Insurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to meaningful change.
This is a secondment opportunity to 30 June 2026.
What Youll Do
- Support the delivery of AI and emerging tech initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute testing change management and continuous improvement activities.
- Analyse and refine requirements with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Provide oversight and governance across a portfolio of initiatives including regular updates and showcases.
- Integrate change management strategies to reduce delivery barriers and enhance adoption.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to match solutions to customer needs.
What Youll Bring
- Experience in insurance claims or financial services with exposure to project delivery and emerging technologies.
- Analytical thinking to identify insights and drive performance improvements.
- Effective communication skills to tailor complex information for diverse audiences.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise work independently.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Intermediate technical literacy and comfort articulating technology solutions.
