- Support the Client Success team in managing day-to-day communication with clients.
- Understand client requirements and assist in ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering Support and Operations) to address client needs and concerns.
- Assist in tracking and reporting client satisfaction retention and engagement metrics.
- Participate in client onboarding and training sessions to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain client information in CRM systems and support documentation of feedback and service improvements.
- Learn and apply best practices for client relationship management and service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a client-facing or support role are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Willingness to work in US Shift (5 PM to 2 AM) or AUS Shift (3am to 12pm) to support international clients.
- Basic understanding or familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude eagerness to learn and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
