Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary driven and AI-savvy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next growth phase. The mandate is to transform the company into a tech-enabled group ecosystem that drives measurable national and continental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic growth across core business units and emerging subsidiaries.
Build and execute a 5-year expansion roadmap leveraging technology partnerships and AI.
Strengthen venture builder human capital and city development verticals.
Build high-performance teams and a results-driven culture.
Expand influence through strategic partnerships with investors and global innovation ecosystems.
Oversee fundraising growth and operational excellence.
Champion data-driven decision-making and digital transformation across all subsidiaries.

Requirements

5 years of progressive leadership experience in startups venture building technology or development sectors.
Proven record in scaling organizations securing partnerships or fundraising.
Strong understanding of AI applications in business operations innovation ecosystems and workforce transformation.
Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional execution discipline.
Strategic thinker who balances innovation with operational rigor.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership presence.
Deep understanding of Africas tech and human capital landscape is an added advantage.
Familiarity with innovation districts startup accelerators or venture studios is preferred.
Experience working with donors corporates or investors is desirable.
