We are seeking a skilled Ariba Support Consultant with 35 years of experience in providing functional and technical support for SAP Ariba modules. The ideal candidate will e responsible for troubleshooting resolving user issues managing configurations coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring smooth operation of the Ariba procurement system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing Procurement Contract Management Supplier Lifecycle etc.).
- Analyze troubleshoot and resolve user-reported incidents and service requests with in defined SLAs.
- Perform system monitoring issue tracking and escalation management.
- Support user administration role management and system configuration changes.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Work with SAP/Ariba support teams to resolve complex issues or system bugs.
- Assist in testing and deployment of enhancements patches and upgrades.
- Prepare support documentation FAQs and user training materials.
- Ensure adherence to change management and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 35 years of experience in SAP Ariba application support.
- Strong understanding of Ariba modules (Procure-to-Pay Sourcing Contracts Supplier Management).
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting system issues configurations and workflows.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with Ariba (CIG / PI / middleware) is an advantage.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Ariba certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience in ticketing tools like ServiceNow Remedy or JIRA.
- Exposure to global support environments and multi-region deployments.
